Policy Agreement
Pet Memorial Services Agrees to:
Accept eligible returns within 30 days of the customer receiving the
order.
Clearly label a
non-returnable item as such in the product description.
Refund the money
in the same way the customer originally paid.
Process refunds
within one week of receiving an authorized return.
Pay for all
standard shipping costs and accept all returned items when the
return is a result of Pet Memorial Services’ error.
**Please note: The original shipping and handling charges are not
refundable**
