The dedicated staff at Pet Memorial Services knows all about the special bond that exists between you and your pets and we know about the feelings of loss you experience when your devoted pet dies. Pet Memorial Services Our cremation service is provided exclusively through our network of veterinary hospitals, pet cemeteries and pet stores in the Mid-Atlantic States. Please call us toll-free at 1-(888) 738-6365 to find the affiliate nearest you. We provide regular pick-up and delivery service to our network affiliates as often as twice weekly. We are notified by each affiliate when a pick-up is needed and our transport fleet responds accordingly. We offer two types of service, individual cremation service and communal cremation for pet owners who do not wish to have their pets' cremains returned to them. Individual Cremation Service Our individual cremation service is managed under our manifest system to ensure that each pet is accurately tracked while in our care. The entire cremation service process is methodically documented by our Assurance ID System; an unbroken chain that links from euthenesia record to color-coded tracking tag, manifest, cremation certificate, and finally to the return receipt. Our Assurance ID System is our pledge to owners that the cremains returned to them are absolutely and postively identifiable as their pet. We maintain a 90-day time-lapse video record of all cremations to further document the integrity of our individual cremation service. This record is available for viewing at our office in West Chester. Pet cremains are packaged in a velour pouch and hand carved hardwood urn with a custom engraved brass nameplate. This urn is provided free of charge with individual cremation service. Should a pet owner desire a special urn or a casket for their pet, we have a large inventory of premium products to choose from. We also offer our exclusive Photo-Etched Remembrance Stones for owners who would like a permanent remembrance of their departed companion, etched in granite from a photo of their pet. Attended Services Should a pet owner wish to be present at their pets cremation, we can make arrangements for a final, private viewing in our comfortable parlor at our West Chester, PA facility. We have a completely open policy concerning attendance. Pet owners can see as much or as little as they choose, and our caring staff is nearby should they need support or assistance.
